ReplyDeleteBasegrow Industries a fraud startup Co, being created to dupe big shots in the name industrial plot selling @Rs 7 lakh per cotta. Go through the directors CV before investing, because the actual owners of the whole project are the people those have invested here in both Kantha valley and Petalcity projects. Basegrow does not own any land here.

Uttam Halder of Kantha valley was a fraud and his successor is also following the footprint of Halder.He is trying to cheat a group of people. They are trying to swallow the exing purchaser chores of money by creating new company Basegrow.Dont invest a single penny in Basegrow

ReplyDeleteBasegrow comes into picture to take the advantage of demise of Uttam Halder. Their are trying to encroach the land using the political power. More than 200 buyers have already invested their hard earn money and Basegrow saying that they will make industrial area where as the original project build as residential. Expected that they will again collect money from market and will disappeared.
ReplyDeleteThis is another method developed by Basegrow Industries (Which have zero reliability) after Late Uttam Halder (who played foul in most cases) to grab land from us who invested their hard-earned fund at Kantha Valley and Petal city to build their house/bungalows etc. Basegrow Industries will have no chance to play dirty game with us further. We are all lawful owner of plots at Kantha Valley and Petal city projects.
